Each participant must have a waiver signed before check-in. Adults must sign their own waiver; spouses may not sign for each other. Weight Limit Policy
Treetop Quest has a maximum weight limit of 250 lbs. per participant. This weight limit is in place for the safety of participants as well as our staff. Participants 12 years and older are required to weigh at check-in. Weights are not displayed and are kept confidential with our front desk staff member. Any person weighing over 250 lbs. will not be permitted to participate.
Closed toed shoes are required to participate. Please keep in mind, our activity is very physical. Tennis shoes are best. Clogs, wedges, ladies flats or any shoe that slides off (no heal), are not ideal for this type of activity and may hinder your movement through the courses. Individuals with sandals, flip-flops, or any open toe shoe will be denied access to the courses for safety reasons. Please keep this in mind and wear closed toe shoes that allow you to move well!
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
reetop Quest wants every guest to have an amazing adventure and we work very hard to ensure everyone leaves happy. When reservations are made we staff the park accordingly and potentially turn away other customers. If reservations are cancelled on short notice we still incur the same expenses. For those reasons we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policies.
To cancel your reservation, you must contact us at least 10 days in advance; a refund of your deposit can be given minus a $20 processing fee, or you can reschedule your visit (one time, according to availability). Within 10 days of the reservation a 50% refund on your deposit can be given minus a $20 processing fee. Reservations can be rescheduled (according to availability) at no cost, one time, with at least 24 hour advance notice. Within 24 hours of the reservation we cannot issue refunds. In the case of an official park closure we’ll work with you to reschedule.
For groups who have contacted us directly for reservations (not for tickets purchased online), deposit and cancellation policies are as follows:
Groups of 1-14 people:

Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive a confirmation. The remaining balance will be due on your selected adventure date. You can also prepay the entire event using a method of payment above.

Weather Policies and Considerations
Please keep in mind that Treetop Quest is an outdoor activity. Although the courses are underneath the forest canopy you will still be outdoors and should dress appropriately for the weather. During summer months the park is shaded by the trees and stays several degrees cooler than direct sunlight. When it rains, the park is slightly shielded by the canopy, but you should still prepare to get wet. Rain jackets are recommended!
Rain Policy: Rain adds another level of adventure to Treetop Quest and kids especially love visiting the park in the rain! We do not close for rain because the equipment is ‘water-friendly.’ All courses will remain open through rain, and thus, reservations will not be refunded or rescheduled. The park is staffed according to reservations, and other customers potentially turned away. When reservations are cancelled on short notice we still incur the same expenses. Please dress appropriately and prepare for an adventure in our trees… rain or shine!
Storm Policy: During thunder and lightning the courses will temporarily close until it is safe to resume the activity. If you arrive and we are forced to close the park for the remainder of the day due to storms, you will receive a rain check to visit the park another day, depending on how far you are into your reservation. Unless we notify you otherwise, reservations are still valid and our cancellation policy still applies. If we notify you for park closure due to storms, we will gladly reschedule your reservation at no cost to you.
